Writing a letter dropping of school

writing the letter saying that my reasons for dopping school are because I am moving to another state, Texas. The state of Texas will no recognize any apprenticeship hours, so I need to move from the apprendiceship program that I am taking on to a regular school program, so that way I'd be able to complete the school hours and take the state boards in Colorado, and then apply for reporcicity in Texas. I requiere copy of my transcripts to start searching for a school here in Colorado that will take my transcripts over. I appreciate getting my paperwork done as soon as posible, in order for me to move on with my studies and my moving to Texas.
