Writing a letter
after losing my job the bank sent the info to the chex system that i had a bal to be paid off,i called and made arrangements to have it paid,they told me as soon as it is paid off they would forward the possitive info to the chex system where it will be updated that the account was settled, my question is how should i put this in writing in exchange for the terms that was offered to me thx.
