Writing a formal letter_Question

Hi,
I need help. I am writing to a board of directors but they do not have a physical address. How do I format the introduction of my letter if I cannot put down an address? Thanks!

Hi Sorry I did not get back sooner. Thanks for replying. They are directors of an (online) Inc. that mentors highschool students wanting to go into medicine, premed, and medical students. I will be sending the letter through email. I will reply sooner this time now that I have found my post again. Sorry.

If you want to be very formal, start the body of your email with eg Dear Sirs,

But there is nothing wrong with starting right into the substance of your email without any formal salutation. An mail is not bound by the same conventions as a letter on paper.
