Complaint about Live and Learn Program USA

Dear Sir Kay :

I spent my summer holiday in XXXX Academy of English by Live and Learn program. I spent 1 month in this Academy. However, it was not pleasant, Cleaner was not careful and I wish to complain for the following reasons:At the begin was it good. We learned english language fast and the teachers was very qualified. But after 3 days later the english teacher get sick and there was no extra teacher for lessons. After 4 days came the other teacher and she teached incopable. She gave us hard and many homeworks so that we don´t had free time to go riding, sailing or to do other activities. The homeworks were so dificult that I don´t understood it. The one reason of my complain are the Conditions. The cleaner cleaned the rooms not so good. She was not pure so the all places remained dirty. And some days the charwoman has not cleaned the room. You promised us that the room will be cleaned everyday. On the weekend sightseeing trip were the guide not experienced becauase I asked about the history of one built and he knew nothing about this building. My suggestion to you is changing your workers for give the pacients more good service. You promised with your brochure to pay back the money in dissapprovement condition, I don´t like your program. So if you pay back my money I will be glad.

I look forward to receiving your reply.

Sincerely,
