I have sent an email to someone about 10 days ago asking for a Visa invitation letter(my previous question), but I didn't receive any answer yet.
I want to write a following email and mention that "I need to set my schedule for conference and if sending the letter gets a bit more long I won't be able to participate at conference because the process of obtaining a Visa is very time-consuming." but the problem is that I don't know how to write it in a formal polite way. would you please help me in this?
