Nowadays more and more young people hold the important positions in the government. Some people think that is a good thing while others argue that it is not suitable. Discuss both view and give your own opinion.

In recent years, it is obvious that youngsters have gradually achieved a influential position in the government system. While some people believe that this adjustment could promote the progress of the country, others; however, think that playing an important role in the government would be unappropriate for young adults.

On the one hand, there is no room for doubt that young people have their own strengths in the government system. Firstly, an more open-minded vision as well as a modernistic concept of thinking are believed to be one of the major advantages of youngsters compared to the conservative and traditional view of older people. Having these outstanding points, young leaders would likely to come up with breakthrough policies and different styles of management, thus, the whole country could be likely to approach a revolution in various aspects such as economic growth, policy or modern sophisticated technology.

On the other hand, those people who are against the role of youngsters in the government still have their own justifications.Due to the lack of profound understanding as well as the leadership experiences, one may encounter several hardships and struggles when they are first holding an important role in the government. Therefore, young leaders are to make unwise decisions which can result in serious consequences and directly affect the prosperity of the whole nation.

In conclusion, all aforementioned standpoints lead me to the view that holding an important role in the government, young adults are claimed to have both weakness and strengths. However, with their own initiative and diligence, youngsters could totally handle this responsibility.
