Women is commonly asserted to be unsuitable with the army force or police force. Others are believed that place ought to have more female police in several dangerous situations. To a certain extent, I agree that women can stand a chance to have police position. However, I also think that police force has many dangerous positon and most police tasks require physical strength.

On the one hand, I would agree that women play an essential role in the police force. In fact, women are generally more talkative than men, which is applicable to the paper police when they communicate with another peers . In the orther words, authorities should break the barrier between gender by compelling the police to adapt a wider range of enrolment for women. For instance, the police trainers ought to create the opportunities for women when they apply for police force. Moreover, in modern society women are basically satisfied with many requirements of the police authorities, which need not require phyciscal strength or make an important decision.

On the other hand, according to the statistics of the police force, men accounted for the majority number of males who take part in this notorious major. As the master of the fact, men are bioligically stronger than women, which reliable in dangerous circumstances that the jobs request. Moreover, women are intellectually inferior to men , which is competely important to make a decision in army force. Not to mention, men are expected to have a respectable jobs for master of their life that make them certainly focus on career, which would be a main reason that make them concentrate on their career.

In conclusion, I believed that women can stand a chance to join the police force if they achieve the biological ability that satisfied with that job. Moreover, gorvernment should welcome more woman in certain area of the police force.
