Is the sentence grammatically correct?

In the sentence, 'heads' is an uncountable noun.

The use of "heads" is OK in itself, but the "always" phrasing is not very good or clear, in my opinion. Also, why "you can win" and not "you win"? It sounds as if there is some catch.
