The given bar charts illustrate the population size,death rate and birth rate in England and Wales between 1700 and 2000

Overall, although the percentage of birth and death fluctuated,the total population of England and Wales increased significantly from 1700 to 2000

As can be seen from the bar chart,the populations size experienced an upward trend during the period. Moreover, the populations size increased significantly from 3millions in 1700 to 50millions in 2000 in England and Wales. As for the birth and death rates,the proportion of birth(6%) was exactly four times as high as that of death rates in 1700.Besides, the percentage of birth was five times as high as that of death rates in 1800, with 30% for the former and 25% for the latter. In addition, the proportion of birth was higher than that of death in 1900 with 16% and 12% respectively.However, there was 12% difference between birth rates and death rates in 2000
