Are these sentences grammatically correct?

1. Yuri finds back the reason he fights when he saw Aram fighting without giving out. He invites Aram to join them.
2. Juliana wants Burckhardt to stay with Yuri’s group to help them. Burckhardt, still holding distrust for Aram agrees to it reluctantly.
