I decide to start learning how to write a good paragraph. I am not a native speaker and I need someone tho check my writing. Please help me. Thank you. Here my paragraph is.

I think being a mathematics lecturer at State Islamic Institute of Tulungagung is great job. In my institution, the research aspect is very challenging. Research forces me to study my subject applications for other subjects. For example, I learn a lot about how to apply mathematics in biology and how to conduct research with other lecturers. I also learn by discussing new materials with my students. Their questions encourage me to read many mathematics references to improve my knowledge of my field, so that I can teach them well. Furthermore, my institution supports me for developing my teaching skills by studying overseas. In fact, my rector had permitted me to attend an English course for study abroad. In addition, it is rewarding to help students learn more about mathematics and its applications in life. I feel proud when I see my students achieve good grades. Yet being a lecturer is not easy. I have to assess my students’ progress daily and be responsible for guiding them to succeed in learning mathematics. However, being a lecturer is truly my passion. Therefore, I am proud of having great job as a mathematics lecturer.
