Hi ,, I'm doing my ielts exam tommorow , and its the fourth time , I always Fail in writting , so what can I do to pass , thank you.

You can start by paying a great deal more attention to details.

Let's take a look at the tiny errors in your question.

1. It has Hi ,, with two commas. What's that about? You weren't being careful about this detail. Surely you know that one comma is required, not two.

2. It has tommorow rather than the correct tomorrow. Look carefully at every letter. You misspelled this very common word. It's not enough just to know that somewhere in the word there is a doubled letter. You have to know which letter is the correct one to double!

3. You consistently put a space before a comma. In your reading you have probably seen thousands of commas, and yet you never noticed that a comma does not appear after a space. You have not been paying attention to details.

4. You capitalize the word fail. Why? If you want to emphasize it, underline it.

5. writing is also misspelled. Another case of not paying attention to details.

I think those are enough to start you thinking in the right direction. Each case is a tiny detail, and not very important if it is the only one. But when you have many tiny details that are wrong, it builds up the impression that you don't know what you're doing. Don't let people get that impression. You are capable of doing better if you just force yourself to think hard and clean up these small but important problems.
