1/Please correct this sentence:

The three-day summit is the part of the program of the nearly one monthmillenium summit from late August to late September 2000.This is the ever-greatest meeting of worldwide leaders,even greater than the 50th anniversary of the United Nations establishment 5 years ago, which got prepared for 2 years.

2/ In this context:

which got prepared for 2 years. =which had prepared for 2 years. ?

or whose preparation had taken 2 years (past perfect should be used here)
