Write your name in the Japanese alphabet ?

Could you tell me which one is right among (A)~(C) in the following sentence?

Write down your name on your notebook in [ (A) the Japanes alphabet / (B) Japanese alphbets / (C) Japanese alphabet ].

Also, could you tell me whether "Let's write down your name ~ " sounds okay?
Thank you.
