My name is xxx , I recently graduated as a M.Sc. in gravitation and astronomy from university of xxx. I am interested in pursuing my PhD degree in astrophysics and cosmology at xxx. My research interests are in areas of gravitation, cosmology, astronomy, astrophysics, astroparticles and elementary particles.

While searching for a suitable PhD studentship in ?, I found that you have research interest which includes neutrino physics, theoretical and observational cosmology. I am much interested to work on area neutrino cosmology and pursuing my PhD degree under your supervision.

My master’s dissertation was about Friedmannian models, with a perfect fluid for matter and dark energy with considering a constant and varying equation of state. I investigated the features of these models and the evolution of the Universe. In doing my thesis, I used your parametrization of the equation of state for dark energy (JKAP, 2004). The result of my research was published in the proceeding of the xxxx.

In same regards, I would like to know if you are accepting PhD students under your supervision for the February 2015.
