Write (on/at/to) this address

#1 please make it a point to write your letter ............my address.

a. On b. at c. to

#2 Please write to me ............this address.

a. On b. at c. to

For me answer of both question is "to" as we use "to" preposition for physical address. But I did a little research which confused me. I come to know that we can use "at", "on" and "to" for this kind of sentences. But don't know the context. For example : Please write to me at this address. Here as we have used object so "at" seems correct. But overall i would say I am not sure what to use.
