write neatly/clearly

Can I say "write neatly on a piece of paper" or "clearly/nicly on a piece of paper" as opposed to "scribble on the paper"?

Thank you in advance!Emotion: smile

Yes, you can. Clearly = legibly , and may not be neat or nice -- as is the case with my own handwriting.
