Write down the uses of COULD here!

Hi guys

I am writing some sentences about "could" and the possibilities where "could" can be used. I want you to write down what you know about this.

COULD is used for ability in past and its past form of CAN

Examples: I could complete a mile in 5 minutes when I was younger but now it takes more than 20 minutes.
