Nowadays, the proportion of teenagers increase more than elderly people in a company with the development of technologies. However, that is the main reason, which leads to the main problems teenagers have in my country. This essay will look at some primary causes and offer some solutions to the problem.
There are several reasons that cause the problem teenagers to have to cope with it. the first reason is the workload is raising or more and more plans they have to run on, which lead to headache and mental health issues. As we know, the most common problem is depression. This mental health problem derives from various factors, such as depressed effect, depressed thinking, etc. To make it more detailed, when patients express the depressing effect, they tend to be very depressed despite not many justifiable reasons, or they are good at certain skills but they always express inferiority. Once this illness is becoming serious, they may suicide although not many people do not know about this intention. Secondly, compared to self-deprecating people, depressed people evince pessimism, they feel unhappy and ashamed of people, therefore, they need more time to live alone, get away from people. For example, a Korean singer, Jonghyun, had depression when he was overwhelmed with many schedules, those reasons had an impact on his mental health problems, especially depression. Consequently, he got away from people and felt guilty himself although his achievements deserve recognition.
Another reason is school violence thanks to games. Not only they are too dependent on games, but they also imitate bad behaviors in games to form bad actions. As they are not taught kindly, and they have no opinion of view to fight against harmful behaviors. Moreover, a group of friends invites them to play games in net shops so they become damaged, along with cheating their parents to steal money to play games.
There are some solutions that could be overcome the problem mentioned above. First of all, we should raise our awareness of avoid detrimental games and often do exercises to become optimistic. When we have to encounter an amount of work, let's cope with it quickly and effectively, and not be stagnation that causes depression because of the tension.
