Write an English mail

I need to write an email where I ask a lot of questions.

Dear sir or madam,

I’m writing to you regarding the 40% discount our company gets if we become a member of IAPA. Before we make that decision, I have a few questions.

First of all I would like to know how much the annual membership fee is. Next I would like to obtain a list of which hotels the discount applies to. I would also like to know which car rental companies and airlines are affiliated to IAPA.

Finally, I would like to know how the system works. Is the discount direct on the amount or does it work with a refund?

I look forward hearing from you

Yours faithfully

Do I just sum them up or do I do it like this.
