In recent years, some people believed that high salaries for a group of people is better for the country. While others thinked that authorities should keep the salaries at a appropriate level. While I accept there are benefits and drawbacks of that, I would argue that it's better to have a better salary for appropriate people.

First of all, people who have to work under dangerous and difficult place should have high salary. This high salary helps them have better things serve for their job. For instance, people who work for the NASA, live far from home to take part in many kind of research or people who work for the forecast weather, work under rains, hot weather or strong wind that can be dangerous in health of them, so they serve a high salaries for efforts which can protect people or the studies from universe by which broaden human's knowledement. From this it contributes a lot for human anh country

Sencond, different salaries are also distinguish people from jobs so they want to be fair in salaries in the same jobs and same groups. For example, people work in the same position but they are different about salary and it can lead to the controversy that company is not fair about employment's salary. From this view, the employment can uncomfortablr with job and unsatisfied with company, leading to the bad effect for the development of this company. Certain salaries should be kept in this situation for the development of consitution.

In conclusion, although both view have some validity, it's seem to me that it's better to let approprite people have the high salary .
