I'm a fitness freak. My favourite sport is calisthenics. I do calisthenics everyday in the afternoon after school. My training space is usually at home or at the park. First, I have a pre-workout meal before a workout at 4.00 pm. Then, I go to the park for working out. This is at 5.00 pm. Next, I finish my training before 7.00 for dinner. Exercising helps me in great shape, as wel as having a good health. It gives me greater confidence and self-awareness. Calisthenics is indispensable to my life.
