Write a Letter To Sponsor (Me Sponsoring Them)

Hi,
i was wondering if anyone can help my business send a "we would like to sponsor letter" to a school for their upcomming musical,
any ideas?

If you want to post your letter here we will take a look at it. However, your English seems just fine (apart from lack of capital i and spelling of upcoming) and I don't think you have to worry too much over it. I'm sure the school will jump at the opportunity.
