Write a letter to School

I need help! I need to write a letter to a school that they had confirm in writing accepted my son become student and put my son in waiting list, but that is nearly a year ago, until today we still haven't receive any good news from this school. his ex-classmate already accepted and transfer to that this school. Can you assit me to write a letter to school so my son can go to study in this school ASAP ? I truly appreciate your help. Thank you.
