Paying all workers the same salary in a company promotes harmony and respect among colleagues. To what

extend do you agree or disagree?

People have many different views about salaries of coworkers. Some individuals think that paying the same salary for most employees could make their relationships are more stronger. Personally, I completely disagree with this statement.

On the one hand, receiving the same a mount of money could lead to losing the competition and decreasing efforts among co-workers. Indeed, money is likely the most important factors attracting employees. Most people want to work well to get a higher salary and promotion opportunities in field. As a result, if all worker are offered the same wages, they will tend to work in the same ways other people do because if they work better than others do, the award they get may be not different at all.

On the other hand, I believe that companies have more effective ways to encourage their employees to be

solidary and esteemed together. Firstly, an open working environment where colleagues could study and train

each other is likely one of the best solutions. In that places, they could have more chances to meet, discuss and help each other, which are toward the company's golds. Secondly outdoor activities such as fishing, playing soccer, donating blood, singing, dancing which could make people more closely and understandable each other.

To sum up, paying all colleagues the same salary in a company is likely not a efficient way to strengthen

relationship among colleagues.
