Wound on right leg

my right leg feet big finger wounded. pls phase this using grammer and appropriate words.

"Finger" refres to any of the digits of the hand excluding the thumb (which is the "fat" one). When you talk about any of the digits of your foot, yuo have to say "toe". So, to me, you'd rather say "my right big toe wounded".
