Is this grammatically correct: If there's a war between North Korea and the US, the whole world would/will end.

No, because with "would", the tenses would be mixed. "there's" (or "there is") is present tense and so it should be

"If there's a war between North Korea and the US, the whole world will end."

"is" - present tense and "will" - present tense. "Would" is past tense.
