Would be willing VS will be willing.

The much more usual combination is 'would be willing'. I don't think we say 'will be willing' very much. I don't know why. Sounds fine to me just the way you wrote it.

I would not change 'would' to 'will' if it were my sentence.

I was having trouble thinking of examples with 'will be willing'.

Of course it's grammatical, but it sounds like one of those oddities like, "Yes, I do do that" or "What it is is ..." or "I'm going to be going ..."

This one always makes me briefly regress to my adolescent mentality.

I happened to notice (because I looked) that in COCA 'will be willing' examples are only 15% of the total of all examples with either 'will' or 'would' + 'be willing'. At least that makes me feel better saying that 'would be willing' is used more than 'will be willing'.
