Would/will

Could you explain to me what is difference between 'would' and 'will' in following sentences?

I guess, they are slightly different with each other in terms of nuance, however I can't catch it clearly.

I hope you check it out and tell me about it.

Your 2nd sentence is wrong. If I am rich, I will donate.... (This said, perhaps, by someone who thinks he has won the lottery.)

Only the one using 'would' is correct (because 'were' is a simple past subjunctive, so the condition is unreal, and therefore 'would' is required).
