Would/should



Hi.

Could you explain to me what is difference between follwoing sentence 1 and 2?

I guess, sentence 2 can express intention of the subject more, but I am not sure.

1. If I were rich, I should donate to charity.

How about "If he came, we would be delighted."?

Can I also use 'would' instead of 'should' in this sentence?
