Wouldn't/won't?

I have another one for y`all.

What is right?

1.I`d like to keep our relationship secret, they wouldn`t react well if they find out.

2.I `d like to keep our relationship secret, they won`t react well if they find out.

1.I`d like to keep our relationship secret. They wouldn`t react well if they find out. Wrong. Change 'find' to 'found'.

2.I `d like to keep our relationship secret. They won`t react well if they find out.

If you make the change in 1, both are fine.

... they wouldn't react well if they found out.

There are other problems with your sentence. The comma is incorrect (comma splice). Instead you can start a new sentence at "They" or use a semi-colon or dash. You are using the wrong character for the apostrophe (you are actually typing a grave accent)

I use the apostrophe on the key that is right next to my number 1 key. So I guess that I don`t have the apostrophe in english.

I would be quite surprised if there was no way to type an apostrophe on your keyboard. If you are going to be typing much English I recommend that you look into this and try to find how to do it. The grave accent (`) is noticeabl

Some keyboards have the apostrophe (') on the same key as the question mark (?). At least mine does. All I have to do is press SHIFT + ?.
