Wouldn't say

situation:

After a long talk in a lesson, I conclude at the end of class:

-Today I have said so much, because tonight's class of mine, which takes place every night at 7:00 pm, now being 4:00 pm, has been cancelled; otherwise I wouldn't say/wouldn't have said so much.

Which verb should I use? I think referring to the past/immediate past WOULD NOT HAVE DONE is better, but I think both are OK, since WOULDN't DO is easier to say and should supposedly be heard in daily life in such a situation. Do you agree?

Thank you.

"wouldn't have said" is more consistent with the context: Today I have said so much ... I wouldn't have said so much. However, the middle of the sentence, around "now being 4:00 pm", does not make sense.
