Would/could

Are both OK? Is there a difference in meaning?

Sounds like it'd be fun.

VS

Sounds like it could be fun.

Top answer

would — There is a definite prospect of fun. could — There is some possibility that there will be fun. 'sounds like' rather dampens both, however, so neither one is completely certain.
