Would you willing

Hello,
I came across this question, "Would you willing to talk about it?"
I guess it should be something like, "Would you be willing to talk about it?"
But it seems to be a common structure.
Could you please help me with it?

Would you willing to talk about it? -- Wrong.

Would you be willing to talk about it? -- Correct.

Likewise,

I always willing to help. -- Wrong.

I am always willing to help. -- Correct.

Willing is an adjective. It should be used with a linking verb.

You can't say She beautiful, can you?
