Question

I have some partial sentences and want to know if you would put the definite articles "thes" there.

Details: To get to (the) Jogyesa Temple, take subway line #3 ...

The Lotus Lantern parade begins at 7 pm from (the???) Dongdaemun Stadium ...

No. Those are proper nouns. No articles.

A native speaker is guided by his ear but a foreign learner of English may benefit from the following guidelines. The definite article is usually used before these proper nouns:

1. the proper noun is in the plural, especially geographical and family names: the Alps, the Canary Islands, the Kennedys

2. names of seas, rivers, channels and canals: the Baltic Sea, the Pacific Ocean, the Mississippi River, the English Channel, the Panama Canal

3. names of ships and trains: the Queen Mary, the Orient Express

4. names of hotels: the Ritz Hotel, the Holiday Inn

5. restaurants, bars and pubs: the Mall Tavern, the Hillgate (my favourite/favorite in London!)
If the name includes an s-genitive, no article is usually used: "I was sitting in Rosie's Restaurant when the waiter came up and said, 'What do you want?'" (From a Bobby Bare song entitled Food Blues.)

6. museums: the British Museum, the London Museum

7. theatres/theaters and cinemas: the Palladium, the Liverpool Empire

8. English-language newspapers: the Independent, the New York Times
(Some foreign-language newspapers may take the article if there is no article of any language in the paper's name: (the) Helsingin Sanomat, (the) Aftonbladet. But of course not the Die Welt.)

9. deserts: the Sahara Desert

10. common nouns used as names of countries and areas: the United Kingdom, the Soviet Union, the Middle East

11. the of-genitive introduces the article: the British Commonwealth of Nations, the London of the 16th century, the England of his dreams

12. most adjectival attributes before a person's name introduce the article: the great Milton, the immortal Shakespeare
(But poor, dear and little don't introduce the article: poor John, dear Mary, Little Red Riding Hood

13. bridges in the USA often take the article: the Golden Gate (I took a picture of it in 1979 when I stayed at the Mark Twain Hotel in downtown San Francisco.)
Bridges in the British Isles don't normally take the article: Waterloo Bridge, London Bridge. (By the way, an American millionaire bought the original London Bridge and set it up in a desert in the USA as a tourist attraction. I wonder if he now calls it the London Bridge.)

In addition to the above list, there are quite a few other names that take the article. Some examples:
The Hague, the Crimea, the Kremlin, the Vatican, the White House, the Bronx, the Strand (a street in London), the Lord (but: ***).
