Would you show me what the sentence means?

Would you show me about the difference of meaning between #1 and #2.?

I can't see what "along" means in #1.

#1. I told you all along that I wouldn’t have time to finish it.

#2. I told you all that I wouldn’t have time to finish it.

"all along" is idiomatic, meaning, "from the beginning, every time we talked about this, I have said exactly the same thing."

It's not 'you all'; it's 'all along' ~ from the beginning.

There's nothing in the first sentence about telling everybody, but there is in the second sentence.
