Would you show about it?

I'd like to see which ones are right or not?
What are the difference of meaning in right ones?
In my thinking, I think #1,2,3 are right and They have the differences of nuance. then I'd like to check out by your help.
I'mn't sure #4 is right.
If #4 was right, what's the meaning? Maybe #4 seems like #3.

Would you please explain about above?

This morning, I wake up early #1 for  hearing my mom making breakfast
This morning, I wake up early #2 by hearing my mom making breakfast.
This morning, I wake up early #3 from  hearing my mom making breakfast.
This morning, I wake up early  #4 of  hearing my mom making breakfast.

Sorry, but only #2 is a possible preposition, and even that one is strange in the present tense and in its non-native structure. This is the expected: This morning, I heard my mother making breakfast and woke up early.
