Would you revise my sentence?

please anyone revise this sentence as if a native person say it

if you don't have appropriate money, you don't need to pay the fare, the needed money to go to your destination will be paid

I do not think that you require the word "appropriate" here. You can simply say:

If you don't have the money, you don't need to pay the fare.

If the passenger has some money, the driver of the taxi can take that much money and pay the balance himself. That's the reason I opted to remove appropriate/adequate.
