Would you point out wrong aspects of these similar expressions?

Hi, guys.
I am not a native English speaker, and I wonder what differences are among the sentences below.
I will appreciate any explanations about this.

A. "This is my favorite clothes."
B. "This is my favorite clothing."
C. "This is one of my favorite clothes."
D. "This is my favorite."
E. "This is my favorite one."
F. "This is my favorites."
