Would you plz explain the sentence format?

In english , i know sentence should follow S+V+O format or S+V format. Noun and verb must exist in sentence for complete meaning.

In the business email's, one sentence often used is "Please let me know, if you have any questions". can you please, explain me the format of the sentence. Me = Subject / Noun, Know = Verb, what is "if you have any questions", is this S + V+O combination.

There should be no comma: Please let me know if you have any questions. This is an imperative sentence, and imperatives normally have no stated subject; we usually say that the subject (which is usually 'you') is an implied subject . Your sentence has 2 clauses.
