Would you pls explain the difference of nuance of two sentence?

A taxi is waiting vs A taxi is waited.

I found them by googling.
I'd like to know what they mean.
Are they right in grammer?

A taxi is waited.

There are a lot of people who write incorrectly and post their ramblings on the Internet. Google is not a model for good grammar.

Consider this: If there are no hits in all of Google for "A taxi is waited", there are no hits for "A taxi is waited for".

So no.
