Please ask Susan to use the original email from me when she is reply the schedule in order to make any confusion. And you should note the TFT screen and plastic material had not arrived from your supplier, but why only advise us this today? This is not the excuse for you to delay the shipment, as this is not a new model. Please push you supplier to provide you the earlier delivery date and keep the schedule tomorrow.
