Would you please help to correct my grammar

We pushed factory for the rework schedule since early Sept and remind them to stick 90 days lead-time. However, they still advised that 03 Nov is their best schedule as there is some material cannot replace in time which was explained you yesterday. Please explain this status to your head office and confirm to accept the late shipment.



We advised to customer that 1000 pcs of P810 will be ready on first of Oct based on your email dated 13 Sept. However, the schedule is slipped to first of Nov now which is one month overdue. We are no choice, but shall hold your responsibility for any claim from the customer if you cannot improve / advance the schedule to meet the vessel closing on 23 Oct.
