Would you please help me write this letter grammatically correct?

Good Morning Gloria,

Hope your day is going well. I am writing to inform you that our November reception has been moved to February 5, 20007. I also would like to ask if you could fax the amount that the DA had agreed to reimburse to us for the expense of the reception. Our fax number at the office is xxx-xxx-xxxx.

Sincerely,
