Introduction of meeting:
Project Implementation Partners Meeting on Combating Human Trafficking was held on Monday 10 October 2016, form 08:30 AM till 4:00 PM ,and venue was set at kabul Star Hotel .
Participants Were invited by IoM partners Organization which are involved in implementation of Counter Human Trafficking project the partners were ........
Agenda Topic:
the meeting main Agenda topics were as following:
• Registration of all participants
• Opening and highlighting the objectives of the Meeting
• Self Introduction
• Presentation
• opening remarks and remarks from USID in technical session of agenda
• Implementation Plan of HUGAE ,INTERNEWS
• Capacity Building Session
Executive Summary of the Meeting :
The meeting started by Mina Podal ,Programme Manager of IOM organization in Afghanistan she welcomed all the participants and thanked them for participating .
Because of absentness of Mr Larance Hart Chif of Mission and Special Envoy IOM she has described Opening remarks of the Meeting to all participants.
after self introduction of all partners Mr Abdul Waheed Hedayat Representative of Ministry of Justice he voiced his concern about Human trafficking in Afghanistan and he emphasized on importance of people understanding about human trafficking in Afghanistan .
he added that ministry of Justice with the help of IOM and its partners can work together in preventing of human trafficking in advanced level in Afghanistan .
Mena Podel ,Program Manager of Counter Human trafficking based on Agenda invited all Participants to take Group Photo for her Records. all participants upon her request went out of meeting room to take a group photo.

according to the technical Session of the prior agenda of the meeting............Organization of ........................
He represent his Implementation Plan on Counter human Trafficking Project and he had started with over wives to overall goals of the Project
he mentioned that FRD project team till now can Develop Productive and Memorandum of Understanding with his line ministries and the signing of MoUs with Ministry of Information and Culture and Dupty Ministry of Youth Affairs is finalized and finalization of signing of MoU with Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Women Affairs is under Process
he said : one of the most important part of FRD activity under the affect of Counter Human trafficking Project is Women's Volleyball tournament, he announced FRD can held first Women's Volleyball tournament during the upcoming month in kabul Province.
as per agenda all IOM partners (internews and HAGAR ) present their Presentation based on their project objectives and goals.
after lunch all partners divided into 3 Groups for team work to present their plans by the using of flip charts, IOM partners reviewed their Implementation plans and in some points they have created changes.
this activity took two hours, in which the representations from each groups present their Group work results.
after this activity participants also provide their comments and suggestions for better implementation of their plans.

Mina Poudel in Capacity Building Session :

she has Presentation on Understanding complex nexus of Human Trafficking with Human Smuggling and Migration ,gender and social inclusion dimension in the context of Afghanistan.

During the meeting all partners have some suggestion as mentioned above :

• OFRD Must Bring their Prior Carton Magazine sample and shear it with other partners as well as .
• on behalf of IOM request all partners should work together in Developing of Publicity Materials .
