I need to submit a motivation letter tomorrow, I am stuck writing my motivation, my ambition and my experience

Currently I work for a helpdesk department and in order to move into a management position I choose to study international business and management.

Before my helpdesk job I worked 4 years for a Japanese company in the Sales department as a warranty coordinator.

Would you help me please?
