Would you please explain which situations i can use some expression below ?

If i 'd use some expression that "i made a shower", "i got a shower" "i took a shower" in any sentences.
what situation can i use each of them?
My question is for know difference of their nuance.

I made a shower. -- Sounds like you built a shower. ~ You made a shower by yourself.

I got a shower. -- Sounds like a shower was given to you. ~ You obtained a shower.

I took a shower. -- Sounds like you showered. ~ You had a shower.

The first two have a literal meaning; the third *most likely has an idiomatic meaning.

The pronoun "I" is always capitalized.

If you mean that you stood under a spray of water and cleaned yourself, "I took a shower" is the only one of those three that is English.

What 's "I carried a shower" mean ? I couldn't understand it though i found it with dictionary.
