A: When is the appointment?
B:  It's 10 o'clock. or It's Ten. or At 10.
B' : It's 9:50 . or It's ten before 10. or It's ten minutes to 10. or Before 10

B" : It's 10:10  or After10.

The reason I ask is to know how to say what time
