I got three Questions below. I don't understand what they mean.

--> I know that Whatcha may be a contraction of What are you., right?
so Whatcha got? means What are you have(=got)? . It's weird. I need your help.

#2-I had me one a these when I was a kid!
--> I feel this sentence is a little bit strange because of me
IF correct as my thinking, " I had one of these when I was a kid! ". What is the difference of nuance between my corrected sentence and original one?
Would your explain about it easily?

#3 we gotta get you home!
gotta in this line means must or what?
= we must get you home.
I felt it's a little bit different. What does it mean?

#4-He lives halfway across town...!
I could see what this means generally, it's not enough.
I can't recongnize where he lives exactly . Where is the exact position of halfway across town?
I amn't sure that It usually means in the middle from south end of town to the other north end.
I hope you would understand what my question is.
Of course this is needed to more detail, ease explanation . please~
