Would you please correct anything strange in my sentences below?
" Finally,I bought a jacket which i had really wanted to get yesterday.
I couldn't wait to wear it right now.
so the next day i put it on as soon as possible
and went to school,library and walked around whereever i want wearing it. Then after i came back home, i took it off."

I made the sentences above to show the difference of nuance among "wear" ,"take it off" and "put it on".

Can i use "take it off" and"put it off" as a same meaning? or Do they mean same nuance of action or not?

If i 'd use those expression that "i made a shower", "i got a shower" "i took a shower" in any sentences.
what situation can i use each of them? My question is for know difference of their nuance.
